Team and roles
Invite teammates, understand permissions, and manage internal talent.
Your company on Migbirds is a team. Invite colleagues, give each the right level of access, and track who has completed the behavioral assessment.
Inviting your team
From the Team page, invite by email and pick a role. People who already have a Migbirds account get an in-app invitation; new people receive an email invitation and are linked to your company automatically when they sign up.
Roles and permissions
- Admin — full control: company settings, team, and roles.
- Recruiter — create and edit roles, review applicants, search for talent.
- Viewer — read-only access to company data.
- Internal talent — a team member as a candidate: no management access.
Internal talent explained
Internal talent members can take the behavioral assessment and see your internal roles — ideal for internal mobility and for knowing your own team's behavioral profiles. They never see recruiting tools or other candidates.
Assessment reminders
The Team page shows each member's assessment status. A Remind button sends a friendly nudge email to anyone who hasn't completed it yet, so your team's behavioral data stays complete.
