Search for Talent
Each role has a Search for Talent tab that ranks platform talent by the same technical and behavioral match used for applicants. Availability filters help you focus on people who could actually start.
Why some candidates are anonymized
Candidates who haven't applied to your company appear with a first name and last initial, and without contact details. Full details are revealed when they apply to one of your roles or when they're internal talent of your company. This protects candidates while still letting you evaluate fit honestly.
Express interest
See someone promising? Express interest and they receive a notification pointing them at your role. It's a light-touch signal — the decision to apply stays with them.
Job Boost
If a published role has no applicants after a while, a Boost panel appears on its detail page with three groups of actions:
- Diagnose — check the candidate pool distribution, description issues, and whether requirements are set too tight.
- Distribute — notify top-matching candidates, re-share the role to your followers, or share it externally.
- Redistribute internally — notify your internal talent or re-engage past applicants from your other roles who match this one.
Notifications are capped and de-duplicated, so candidates never get spammed by repeated boosts.
